It seems that right when I think the Incline Village foreclosure and short sale markets start to flatten out ,we had alot of new activity.  The short sale at 1081 Tiller Dr. Incline Village closed escrow.  Being that my own home is close in size and we live right down the street, I'm very happy with that price of $1,800,000. $473 per square foot is fantastic in this market.  Maybe time to start thinking of putting your house on the market.  I am in counter offer on 3 Incline Village properties right now.  2 representing the buyer, one representing the seller.  Since I'll be in Cabo this week with my wife on our second honeymoon, I have good expectations of success.  Current Incline Village Real Estate Foreclosure and Notice of Default list as follows..  Read on..
